Does anyone know if all 2000 gtps have the variable assist steering racks in them. Just curious cause I need to buy a rack for mine and wanna make sure that this is what i need. Thanks in advance for any help!

Not sure. Take a look at the rack where the large rubber boot is down on the drivers side. If there is a small 2-wire harness coming from it then you have Magnasteer.
 
Ok I will check. I forgot to mention that it was a Daytona pace car edition I thought maybe if any would have it that would but I will have to take a look tomorrow I guess
 
on the sticker on the under side of the trunk lid, if you see FE3 or NV7 you have magnasteer.

or look for the wires like fordman said.
