2000 GTP firing order

This is probably a stupid guestion but I have after market coils and wires with no numbers. What I need to know is #3 cylinder center on front bank or rear bank? I am also replacing my fuel pressure regulator with an after market adjustable regulator and I need to now which fuel line attached to the rail is the inlet an outlet? If anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated.

The #3 cylinder is on the front of the motor.

The larger fuel line is the feed, I believe they are slightly different sizes on the GTP fuel rails.
