2000 GTP 3.4 Pulley

I have an 2000 gtp, i want to go to a 3.4 sc pulley, but want to do it safely and with out kr. current mods, high flow cat, flowmaster mufflers, cold air intake. im going to get a 180 tstat. what else should i do to achieve my goal?

Get an Aeroforce scan gauge and see if you have kr with it. If there isn't too much, keep it. If you have a lot, pulley up until it disappears.
