Hello all,
my wife's grand prix died on her friday, she tood it to the store with no problems, after she returned home about two hours later she went to go out again and her car wouldn't stay running. when i got home i checked her car out and it would start then shut off. I thought it was the maf sensor but unplugging it the car does the same thing. any idea's what i need to check next? i would take it to get it scanned but i can only keep it running giving it gas a few seconds.

tonight after a few attempts it started and idled for the most part pretty rough, i let it idle for about 3 minutes then it died:(

doing this wont hurt anything? is it ok to leave it like that if it does fix it or is this just to see if the relay is bad?
 
nevermind,i can't use the tip you gave me as my wifes car doesnt have that relay lol. thanks for teh try though.
