2.25" intercooler core and ASCD SD hood? Clearance issues

LOL, sorry guys I haven't been in this thread much! I am going the custom core route. 1.75" thickness, 1/2 outlets. It will be a set up from the SSIC, and still should fit with minor adjustments.

As far as the BBV, its completely useless!! I chopped it off and never looked back. No codes taken out, and my 42.5 lb injector programming had already gotten rid of any fuel cuts for shifts, etc, etc.
