• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

1999 GT Coupe

I guess if it starts peeling I can go with RTV in between.

Only code it had was P0135 for the Up Stream O2, erased it since I've replaced it.

Oh and I did the Fogs w/ Highs on mod today as well. Had a little help from Booba but got it. Electrical stuff is not my area of expertise, sometimes even the simplest **** leaves me confused. I can diagnose problems, but wiring stuff and soldering, etc. Nope.

Car has been great, no SES back on yet, though I haven't really driven it much.

Popped the driverside door panel off today to replace my Window Motor, ****er at work gave me the wrong damned motor a couple days ago, gear was too big and it had to go in upside down to even mount if it did. Took it back and discovered they got dyslexic with the part number.. Motor will be installed tomorrow.

Also discovered the car does have Remote Start, I just didn't know how the hell to actuate it.

Motor installed, now I must investigate why the window only goes 1/4 of the way down and stops, and won't go back up unless it's done by hand..

Remote start worked the couple times I used it, went out today after it sat for about 5 minutes or so while I ran into work to grab something, came out, hit the button since it's raining and it never started, starter acted like it was running while the engine was but it didn't start, it tried three times total to start, never did, put the key in the ignition and it fired on second crank.. So I gotta figure that one out, good thing I have Booba to help......

Also just ordered a Trans-Go 4T65E Shift Kit off of EBay, will do it when I change the fluid and filter.

Now that I can drive again (back) I should get them off this week. Gotta figure out if anything else needs to be sent...

Got my new fuel filter installed finally today, the nut on the line was rusty and wouldn't break loose so I had to soak it with a little PB. Better idle and pickup now!

Also got in some new Dorman Trailing Arms, by way of Booba.

Have my transmission filter and my Dexron VI fluid, gonna start on the shift kit tomorrow as my transmission needs a filter and fluid change anyway.

Lateral arms are the arms that go from the rear subframe to the knuckle. They're perpendicular to the wheel instead of parallel like the T\As.

Shift kit is now installed, I went Booba's method and installed/built 2 and 3 the same, only I didn't have the spacer for 2, either way I love how it shifts now!! World of difference with new Synthetic Valvoline, new Filter, and the Shift Kit!

Next up(after my stupid tests at work)is the Trailing Arms!
