1999 automatic transxale diagnosis help

Hi, I have a 1999 with transaxle problems. The trans axle slips on start out from stops and the front wheel chatter on the passenger side. I've changed the trans fluid and it seem to help some. Had it at the Pontiac dealer said the transaxle need to be rebuilt or replaced. Because of clutch problem. Need help to see if this the problem or could it a Solenoid problem?
 


This should be moved to the 4T65E section for transmission help.
