1997 GTP headlights turn off when blower fan is turned on, except setting #5 (high)

Hi All, so heres another odd issue with my GTP:

The blower fan (heating and AC) only works on HIGH (setting number 5).

When I set the blower fan to 1,2,3 or 4 the headlights turn off!

When the blower fan is turned OFF, headlights remain ON.

Any ideas on this?

IIRC the grounds for the headlights are right behind/next to the headlight. Give those a check to ensure they are good. Then hopefully someone chimes in with where the blower ground is located.
