1997 grand prix ventilation problem

when I change the mode from vent to floor, floor to vent, etc., there is no change in the direction of air flow through the venting system. Any help with this please?:(
 


mine did the same thing , ended up running a new vacume line in off the manifold , been working like a champ ever since . the 97s were still operated off engine vacume , and they use a hard plastic line that can get a crack in it i guess is what happened to mine , not 100% sure there , but mine was stuck on defrost .
 
thnkx for the info...could u plz tell where about the vacuum line is located onto the manifold, if i am not wrong i believe its right underneath the supercharger right? Sorry for my bad english let me know thnx!:)
