1997 Grand Prix GT

Re: 1997 Grand Prix GT- Now with more low

Believe me, out of all the lowering springs for our cars, B&G is the biggest drop before going coil overs. They take time to settle.

Re: 1997 Grand Prix GT- Now with more low

They wont settle much more than that but it looks good.

Re: 1997 Grand Prix GT- Now with more low

Thanks and if it settles a little more I'd be fine with it, if not I'd be good with that to. I'm liking the height and look of it as is.

Re: 1997 Grand Prix GT- Now with more low

Give us a picture update in about 2 more weeks, should settle a little more. It was always harder for me to tell in person till after I looked at my before and after pictures.

Re: 1997 Grand Prix GT- Now with more low

After about a week and some its settled about a 1/2", have to say i'm liking the look and surprisingly enough it rides better too

Re: 1997 Grand Prix GT- Now with more low

So I might be getting everything to do a topswap, I'm trying to see if I can talk a guy down in price, the only thing is I need to find some heads for it cuz the ones the guy has are cracked pretty bad. Hopefully I can talk him down some :th_winking:

Re: 1997 Grand Prix GT- Now with more low

I really want to, it's already got a MPS on it and 42.5 lbs injectors. It also looks like he got new rockers, need to ask him some more questions I guess haha

Painted my calipers, tinted the tails, repaired some rust and gave it a much needed wash but I still need to take the time to compound it and wax it. I started to repair the rust on my trunk lid, I sanded it down to just bare metal, filled the spots and primed it, now just have to go back and actually paint it and my spoiler and get the plasti dip off. Just need more time now to actually do it.
