1997 Grand Prix GT



Just got my wheels and lowering springs in the mail, now just waiting on struts and my tires which should be here at the end of next week





 


thanks, I was trying to find them in 18's but only found 17, but i like the look just have to wait for the tires and then I can really see how they look
 
What do you mean 8 inch wide, you talking about wheels, tires? The wheels are 7.5 wide and i'm putting 245/50/17 on for tires

Well you had pregen cross lace stockers and those are 16x8 rims and they will poke out a little more. But you shouldn't notice much from going from 8 to 7.5 my stock rims are 16x7 and they look skinny under my car
 
Oh i see. They aren't the pregen crosslace though. They are a 16x6.5, they are the stockers on the 97 gt's. I think on the 97's they were the snowflake not crosslace.

Got my tires put on my wheels today and mounted them. Just took a few shots before I walked into work, but more to come.






As for the low, that should be happening within the next week or so, just waiting on a few more pieces and then I can get started. :D

Well so far its not much different than before, atleast it doesn't seem like it but they have only been on for like 3 days or so. Post a few pics of it in a second.

So far it actually seems to ride better than before but doesn't feel much lower.
