So check this out. A few days ago, my headlight ballasts went out, so Ive been driving around with just fog lights at night.

My buddy (the guy who has the malibu) had a spare set of 4300k 880 HID kit.

So I took them for free, and did some engineering to get the 880 bulbs to work in my headlights.

no longer has to worry about valve covers causing fires just his headlights now

Dude... I have some 9007 bulbs laying around you can have, cheapass ;) Just ask and they're yours :)

better question is how much night driving do you do? my guess it should burn up in a few weeks and im taking bets on how long it will be lol

There is probably two wires...a ground and a 12v...wire the 12v into the door or anywhere else that you choose and if there's is a ground wire you ground it. I'm sure Dan will chime in and correct me if I'm wrong.
