1995 stalling problems

I have a 1995 Grand prix. it will run fine until then temp guage says 100 degrees then it starts to die, ill start it back up and it runs fine for like 5 to 10 seconds then is dies agian. i have changed all filters and the coolant temp sensor. it has 45 lbs of fuel pressure and the vacum is fine. this problem has me stumped PLEASE HELP!!!!
