I am perplexed by why this engine won't start and I would love some help. The car has not be "used" in a few years, but I had it running last summer to run some tests on it. This summer I cannot get the car to start, it just cracks and cranks.. it doesn't fire up. So I thought it wasn't getting gas... but to my surprise it was ( I also replaced all the old gas). I also know I have spark, it'll rev up on starter fluid, but it won't start. So is there a relay or something I am missing? I replaced the ICM but could I have gotten a bad one. I'm perplexed as to what's going on with this darn car!

Seems that it may not be getting fuel if it runs on starting fluid.
Check the fuel pump for power when you are trying to crank it.
