• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

food, yup. right there. weims are known as Velcro dogs, and the the grey ghost, they stick at your side as much as they can. like lean on you if your standing there.

a rather large dog to have up your ass all day lol but they are great dogs. very trainable too. but you really have to stick with the training. its thick headed german breed, they will do what they want if you let them....

i always said if he had thumbs and could talk we'd all be in trouble lol

Proof?

Anyways.... I disagree that fans have no effect at highway speeds. I used to run 200+ when getting on it. Turned fans down and now I don't see over 195, ever. Probably because when they are off they are an air restriction in some way, my guess.

Even if you turn down the fans to 100* they are not going to run at freeway speeds because they cut off somewhere between 35-45 mph. That is unless you are manually forcing the fans on. Am I missing something?

I haven't seen anything in the tune that low. I could be wrong but the only speed related table to disable fans was over 100mph. I can check later for sure. And I think that was just for ac controlled fans.

My thinking stemming from my earlier years in the water cooled PC modding scene is that running the fans at speed is similar to running a PC water rad in push/pull. It was always beneficial to run fans on each side of the rad for max cooling. And again I think the fan would act as a restriction when not on. I know for a fact that my highway temps dropped dramatically when I lowered the fan on temps. And I have many scan logs to prove it.

It just proves cats rule the world....

If it was up to cats to save the world, the world would end in 1 minute. They just sit there and do nothing. Dogs are like "Oh you're home!! Let's play and go outside." Dogs have helped save lives.

proofs right in the 3 t app pics i posted. temps dropped big time just from the fan tune. trans temps dropped too. why you ask? cause the tranny cooler is in the rad. rad is cooler, so is the tranny now.

and prove there is a god.....good luck. its easier to prove its all fake and lies.

I am using that as an example. The fans turn off for sure at a certain speed and the programed value doesn't matter because the speed trumps temp unless it's the high speed fan, would be my guess.

And it depends on the car as far as the fan causing the car (78 GMC Diablo) to run cooler or not. I had a car that if I left the fan on it would overheat going down the freeway. At the time I was just using a switch to turn it on and off. Later I replaced it with a Hayden fan control relay. As soon as I turned the fan off the temp would start to drop.

In my SC I addedan LED that would indicate whether or not the fans were on or not. I would like to add that to this car as well. I did the same to the Diablo but connected it to the fan itself and going down the street about 35 or so the light would flash because the fan would auto rotate and it was enough to turn on the LED (fan acting as a generator) at 60 it was on solid, I ended up reconnecting the LED to the relay coil so I knew if the fan was off or not.
