Sounds like its going to be a good turn out. I couldn't think of anywhere else I would want to be in October around this date, even if it is in Oklahoma. lol

I know you and I were having a nice conversation and sh1tbox boy has to chime in and start not only talking trash but throwing down insults to boot. I dont go around calling anyones stuff a Sh1t box because we all put alot of time and money into our cars no matter what they are, I just happen to own one of both. So in short it rolls right off my back I could care less when some keyboard commando talkks out his rear about things he knows nothing about I was just sayin ive got a car that would surprise you for a 6 cyl ford unfortunatly its not quite ready to go to an event like that and run against an 87 grand national but im sure its closer than alot of cars. Have any of you ever ran against a built super coupe or even seen one run besides the one that laid down a 12 second run on pass time? Numbers dont lie

Side note...I haven't ever seen a Ford Super Coupe run balls out before. It would be a nice change no doubt. I know there is a lot of them guys out there, done a several of their intakes and superchargers for them before in the past.

If I get it done I will come down next year it is getting a magnum powers sc, front mount innercooler, Roller cam lifters and rockers polished ported heads with flow matched intake 75m throttle body 76 mm maf. and much more too list on the engine. It also has the 8.8 IRS with cobra 11.65 rotors and cobra hubs with a 3.08 gear, 13 inch Baer brakes up front with the eibach pro kit lowering springs and all new tokico ride adjust struts. What it all comes down to is it is alot of fun to drive a 5 speed rear wheel drive car with a 3.8 supercharged engine!
 
It's all about racing, **** talking, and having a good time. You could have easily cone back with something to make this thread interesting, but you posted your butt hurt comment. I call everyones car a ****box including my own don't feel special. ;)

Holy crap I would feel sorry for you if you go to this event and go to the track on Friday night when the Buick guys take over. Theres so much **** talking and from your response here you would hop in your piss slow Ford ****box and cry all the way home.
Its common knowledge Fords are utter crap especially the S/C's. They are up there with Foxbody mustangs. :lol:

Absolutely nothing, and my whore mouth likes to drool over GM's not poorly manufactured Fords.

You know what's funnier than the last comment I made. I have one sitting in the garage. ;)
 
Dave, your just gonna have to come down and let that SC do the talking...

I think I will be ready for the track by then, so count me in. I will post it up on our local Grand Prix clubs facebook too and see if we can't get a few more takers.
 
I will be down and I will bring both lol. The problem with these boards is unless your smart enough to figure out when somone is truly upset or if they arnt like I said in my previous post I could care less I will let my time slips do the talking. No offense taken especially from a guy who owns the slowest worste made year of gp and a ford just like me!

Good thing for me then cause the first mod I did to the car was deleting the S/C :th_biggrin2:

The biggest mistake I have made to a GTP were any mods that have to do with a S/C. :th_thumbsup-wink:
 
Looking to be a pretty sweet turn out.

80+ cars so far, and some pretty sweet w-body's that appear to be coming up from Texas for the event.

Gonna have turbos spooling, and superchargers whining, cant wait!

...so far, there is roughly 7 of us coming from Wichita for this event. Going to have ourselves a fun convoy on the way down.

Nice! Me and at least one of the guys from the car club here are going still. I'll be intercooled and cornfed by then and ready to whoop ford ass. Should be a pretty decent number of GP's sounds like.
