16 inch wheels on gxp

Quick question guys, will 16 inch steel wheels fit on 2005 grand prix gxp?

I need some winter rims and tires and not sure if 16 inch will clear the brakes.

I should say more so that you need to make sure the spokes dont hit the calipers, but offset of the rim will still play a role in weather they fit or not. I think stock is near the +40-50 range, so stick with that range offset of the rim.
 
On the hunt for winter rubber on the stock gxp rims.

Hard to find in the factory sizes. Would 245/50/18 all around work?
Even tho front is 18x8 and rear rim is 18x7?
