1157 Leds in 3757?

I was stupid enough to order the wrong LED's and now am wondering if theres gonna be any chance i can just use these ones?

They took a month to get here, so i couldnt be more mad at myself.

Any help guys?

I ordered LED switchbacks for the front turn signals/running lights.

No.. i talked to the company.
I'm gonna send em back and they'll refund me. so all ive lost is time and money for shipping..
still crappy.
