11-13 degrees of knock.

So recently had my car tuned at a local shop, after I put on the gen v supercharger 3.5pulley and 78 mm tb. Since I put everything on I had a vacuum leak which I fixed. So car was tuned and since I've had the crankshaft position sensor and Icm codes go off. So right after I replaced the Icm and coil packs with brand new ones, I was driving on the freeway and as soon as I got off car continued to sputter and bog and I was scanning for knock and it was knocking up to 11 degrees. As I made a turn car died on me. After two minutes I started the car and drove about a mile and car was bogging , rpms jumping ran like complete ****. So I pulled in at the local drag strip so I can record the races. Well about 8 hours later. Had a buddy follow me home. Made sure the scan guage was on. Averaged about 40 mph and took the slow way home and every so often scan guage would go off I. Kr from 0.0 to like 11.4 than back down to 0. I'm at a complete loss at what I need to do to get the knock down. Gonna check the plugs hopefully none of them are damaged. Ginna put new ones in. I talked to a friend who owns the shop that it was tuned at and he thinks I may need bigger injectors to make up for the bigger tb. Now I do have a wallboro but I don't think it's the pump. Before when I had the vaccuum leak, I had a code saying it was running to lean hence why I wanted to get tuned but this 11 degrees of knock has got me stumped. And help is greatly appreciated.

But while I'm driving down the freeway what would,cause the rpms to jump when cruising around 65 70. Rpms will jump, numbers on the HUD will go all over the place, and the dic where I have it showing what my mpgs are will flash 0.0
