im sure you can get away with the 90 lb springs, but the 105s are physically a better spring to run because of their spring rate characteristics.

ok and should i get all new valve seals and retainers and valve locks or will the stock still work fine?

i would replace it all. its cheap and good insurance so you dont have to do it again later for no reason.

Viton seals/locks IIRC...best ones out there...I used LS6 springs with a XP shifting at 6500...it was fine...

No the stronger springs will be better.

the 90 lb springs have a funny spring rate to them. the 105s will help with engine wear more.

Comp cams moved their production to Mexico early this year and some folks were having trouble with their springs breaking. Therefore you want US made CC springs from before they moved to Mexico or Crowe Cam springs.
