1/4 Mile: Helmet? Roll Cage?

Here its 13.99 and under you need a helmet and I think 10.99 and under you need a roll cage. If depends on the track though

Most places follow NHRA rules or whatever the standard is.

yeah 13.99 and under you need one....guess I need to get my helmet :hide:

I ran 14.7's stock...went low 14's with a 3.5" and exhaust work.

Silly Cam...your car prolly runs 15's :D

some tracks require a helmet no matter what usually under 11's you are required to have a rollcage and I believe they are changing that to under 13's

if you run at sparta on friday night test and tunes theres guys there with 11 second talons and vipers (all of which are morons) that have no helmet at all so im pretty sure they dont give a **** lol. Grand Bend or Cayuga might be a different story though

I hope you have more exhaust mods...I bet that thing is knocking like a b1tch...it probably will run a mid to high 14 at 92 mph.

Under 13s having a roll cage is retarded. i think it should stay at under 11.
:P

well look at it from the Stand point of the Tracks, NHRA, SCCA, etc etc... so moron goes up ther and has a mid 12 second Supra he built after watching Fast and Furious too many times, and well like alot of the ricer's and drive worth a crap.... takes off down the track ... gets 3/4 of the way down the track looses control wipes out folds his car in half and kills himself .... now the track or whoever sanctions the rules at said track now has a potential law suit.

If you've got a scan gauge and it reads 0 then your good...as long as the gauge is right LOL

pretty sure the gauge is right lol. i didnt put it in. previous owner did. it seems like this car was treated well. so im not really worried. just still debating on what headers to buy. easiest to install with least problems:P
