08 with no spark

Hello everyone. I have a 2008 Grand Prix with a 3.8l V6. It stalled one day and it would turnover but not start. I found a bad ignition coil and also had to replace the ignition module. After replacing both of them it still has no spark. Could it be the crankshaft position sensor? Any help will appreciated.

I would say ICM ground but I would check to make sure all the spark plug boots are on correctly. Does it turn over at all?

AS in the ICM ground is no longer on the bolt. Like it came loose and is not completing the ground to allow the ICM to send the voltage through the coils to the plugs.

Do you see this?

Did a continuity test on icm ground, its good. Took new icm back to parts store to have it checked just in case, its good. Tried to start after ground check it seems to firing some, like a slight hiccup when its turning over.

test them, ohm them out. and pull the 2 wires of the one coil and turn it over and watch for a strong spark arcoss the points. Do that for each coil.

Also, a ICM can still be bad, even if it tests good.

I dont have a wiring diag, if anyone has more info on the crank sensor that would be great, thanks.

New one for ya people, i tested for power to the icm and it isnt getting the 12v to it when the ignition is turned to the on position. The ground tested good. How is it not getting the 12V?

continuity is good through connector at top of engine, its the pink wire, does it power the injectors to?

I have this same exact issue...car has no spark and the ICM is not getting the full 12 volts...what did you do to fix it?
