07 L26 performance mod suggestions

I'd suggest enjoying the reliablity of a stock motor. These L26's have a tight ring gap, that leads to piston chip and they have weaker piston rods. Adding boost causes issues for most people.

IIRC there is no support for tuning your year. Maybe I'm wrong.

I'll quote myself for those that didnt see it.

And the 07 PCM can't be tuned, you would have to buy a different year (04-05) and get that one tuned, and your gas gauge will read backwards.

To my knowledge you could swap to a earlier year and run it, thats how the 06-07 supercharged guys do it.

Wow are you guys so ignorent about the 07 cars. They can be tuned, mine was by Overkill Motorsports (Will) from Ontario. My fuel guage works properly as well.

I thought the 08 cars couldn't be tuned because of the can bus or whatever.
