So, just got this car and didn't drive it in the dark since the dealer isn't open after 4 but I noticed on my way home tonight that the regular headlights don't work. I have high beams and fog beams but not the regular set. Any idea on where I should start? Thanks for the help guys.

Idk, just got it last night so I'm trying to assess the situation before I do anything just yet. I'll look into the relay for now.

Just replaced the relay, I believe it was the right one, if someone has a pic of the correct relay, that'd be great. The relay I replaced didn't work so I'm checking the fuse and then onto the sensor.

The HDM module is a 5 pin, so I'm not sure what one you replaced.

That link just brought me to a screen that shows 5 different relays that might fit the car.

Hmm, it's a 4 pin for 40. From that page which relay is the right one? The guy at autozone had no idea and neither do I so I'm kinda stuck until I get an idea of what relay I'm actually looking for lol. Thanks again for the help guys.

Look at the legend under the fuse box cover, look for the number 35 position.

It should say HDM module, a small chance it's called a mds??

I'm pretty sure it's black, as all other regular relays are a grey color.

Here's the thing tho, relay 35 is a 4 pin on my car. I couldn't find any information in the relay box saying what was what other than the numbers for each relay and the row numbers. I'll take the headlights out tonight and see if they're burnt.

First thing is first. You have to check for power going to the headlights. Do you have a volt meter? This will be very helpful. If you do, unplug the bulbs and stick the probes in the connector with the lights on at the switch and check for power. If you don't have power, that's when you start to check fuses and relays. If those are fine, start checking the wiring to the headlights. Since both are out, i'd say you have a bad fuse. It's not THAT common for both to be out at the same time.
