take your shift boot out. cut all the stitching off it. iron the pieces as flat as you can. cut out pieces to match. sew the new pieces together just how the old one was put together.

it was just that easy.

i did it all. jackie wasnt even home and it was done when she got back. she said she was impressed that i made it look so clean.
