A buddy i work with owns a 2006 Impala SS which has the 5.3L V8 LS4 which is also in the Grand Prix GXP always running is mouth about racing and stuff, we always go back and forth kinda funny. But one day after a meeting at one of our stores he's egging me to race him i kept saying no i didnt have the gas for, but of course soon as we get on the highway and i see him take off i punch it. If my car did not have the govenor on it my car would have won. This was obviously from a roll. It prlly didnt help that he had someone in the car with him but my car pulled on him everytime we slowed down for a bit. But in the long run when i top out at 125mph his car goes up to 140ish but I was just happy to be able to say i pulled on a V8 lol. At the time my GTP was stock.
 


Not the SS i wouldnt think and he def didnt stop at 101 cuz soon as i stopped going any faster he went right by and he said he got up to 135-140ish when i talked to him afterwards

lol you quite obviously dont know what trap means.....trap refers to the speed you reach as you finish the 1/4
