06 GT (L32) -codes P0033 P0103 P0443

Ok, so I just had a buddies shop change some parts over this past weekend while I was out of town:
coolant elbows
water pump
valve cover gaskets
Before I brought it in those were the only issues mechanically aside from an occasional EGR code (twice in the past 2 months).

I know what the codes are:

P0033 Supercharger boost bypass valve circuit error
P0103 MAF
P0443 EVAP Purge Solenoid Valve 1 Control CKT

What could happened that would cause these all to occur just by changing the parts I mentioned above?

Just seems wierd considering they only drove into the shop and backed it right out (no odometer change).
 


I forgot to say, aside from the CE light I also noticed the shifts were fairly violent and a simple touch of the throttle feels like the engine wants to climb out of the engine bay (a lot of jerking around, kind of like vacuum issues).
I did a look over in the dark, unplugging the BCS and MAF and plugged them back in to make sure they were connected, checked for vacuum leaks (disconnected vacuum lines) but all the lines are connected securely.
 
Found the issue -fuse #12 was only in half way.... Must have come loose when the fuse box was moved to allow easier access to the alt bracket and water pump.
