05 GTP Comp G OEM Remote Start Range

Hey Guys and Gals,


My Wife has a GTP with the OEM Remote start option. Range is crap. All of 20'. Too bad it's 25' to my house from the driveway.

Looking for *good* suggestions (other than a complete aftermarket system) and replacing the battery.

Anything regarding the RCDLR, or the antenna would be very helpful.

I'd be happy with 50'. At least I would not have to go outside to start it. There has got to be a way to increase it....If aftermarket can go a mile, why can't I go 25'....sigh
