Which 12 inch upgrade you doing? 00-05 Impala\Monte or 06+ Impala? 06+ are dual piston, like the F-body but a direct bolt on and cast iron. I like the blower red, I can't believe you still have stock vacuum lines lol. Mine disintegrated when I bought the car.

I'd go with F-Body brakes. Basically a direct bolt on besides the bracket to knuckle bolts, I believe. Just need 4 bushings and you're golden. F-Body's are aluminum, so maximum weight reduction.

It's kinda iffy on the stock brake lines for F-body, from what I've read. I never could find any F-body's at my JY, but I found some 06+ Impalas. Naturally I've been there after I put the Imps on and they have a set of F-Body's. IIRC the F-body rotors and the 00-05 rotors are the same part number, but the 06+ rotors are thinner.

Thanks i was thinking impala because i have the calipers i REALLY want the cts-v brakes but i cant find them anywhere and the SS lines i already have
