if i have a catless downpipe and i order a pcm with the rear o2 sensor code deleted can i pass emissions or is a emulator required?
 


with all the codes deleted.... you can pass emissions if they hook it up to the OBDII port. however.... if they do a visual inspection... you will fail.

it is just what they do. there is no reason for the emulator if all the codes are gone.
