04+ needles n a 97-03 is stupid waste of time, y because half my **** doesn't work now but when i take clear cover of out works do not do this stupid lil mod.u will regret
 


Somebody call the whambulance.. Don't cry when it's a user error.. Several and I mean several guys have done it and I have yet to hear someone having issues except one or two needles needing to be shaved down a bit.

LOL I love when people complain saying a mod that MANY people have done does not work because they fVcked something up.
 
Oh guess what I put my original needles back in and everything works perfectly and as should some get lucky with this "mod" some aren't as lucky with this"mod". I
 
Oh that's right I forgot I don't know how to work on cars even tho I'm a mechanic/suspension tech body man n I pull dashes at car start a body shop top on the country but I don't know what I'm doing get real kid I've been doing this **** before your were in diapers
 


Kid? I am older than you dumbass.

And there are a lot of "kids" that have done the mod with zero issues, so, no you don't know what you are doing.

not to join in on the pissing match. only try to help.

ive seen posts like this before, the needles tend to hit the clear plastic sanding them down a bit fixes it.
 
I'm save my money for real mod not some crap that makes no difference in how my car runs out looks ill put my cash into real mods thanks for everyone's help n b.s.!
 


04 needles cost like 10bucks..you need to save alot more to get a gt going fast just saying.
Anyway, if you cut a little off the peg that sticks into the gauge u will be fine, compare them to your stock needles and u will see the new ones are a little longer.

I like my needles. It took like 20 min to "mod" them. They work fine. Mph might off by like 2 but dont care.
