04+ needles in a 97-03?





Now where do you find these needles? I have only seen them in full 04+ clusters on Fleabay going for 80+... I cant see spending that for just needles...
 


last time i was at the yard. there was an untouched set of needles in an 04+ if you want i can go back and check. but please, search a tad first cus im a lazy hoe. lol. but i will go if ya want em.
i did the 04+ needle swap myself. would not do it again, but i am happy with it. just too much of a pita imo. AND if you're anal about factory alignment being perfect, don't do it. not that gm had them dead on either lol

Ok, I have checked the local yards here and there was only one 05 go in one and seems that almost every decent part had been vandalized... Leather interior was slashed gauges had been hit with a hammer in all the gauges so all the needles were fragged, rims looked like they had lost a fight with a grinder... Just crazy stoopid. If any one manages to pick up a set, I will buy them. I can't send pm's from my phone( well I'm sure I can, but it's a new phone and I'm still learning it. If I still had my android I would be good for pm's) so I'm posting this. I'm also gonna make a parts wanted post in the classifieds.
