04+ mph/kmph Trick??

so I found this video on youtube, YouTube - 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix GT going 140 and was reading the comments, even on the 2nd page and I'm guessing in the DIC u can change the speed-o to KMPH and once again I'm guessing the speed-o will adust it-self to that setting? allowing u to tricking ppl to going faster and quicker than it normally would cause of the rise/fall of the kmph speed-o...???

I'mm try it later on, using my wife as the guiena pig lol...tell her I just spent $4k in a turbo kit. It'll work cause she has no idea what a turbo even sounds like, just see what she says, lmao...:th_thumbsup-wink:

it'll be funny until I tell her, I tricked her and then the *****ing begins :th_yawning:
 


Ya, You can change it over..I did that one time..My cousin was sleeping flipped it over I was going 75 it showed like 110 or 120 something around there and I was like Hey! Look Dont feel like we are going that fast huh she was flipping out! lol.
 
Did it to my friend on a Bonneville I changed it before we test drove it after working on it at school. He wondered why it felt like we were going so slow.
 


lol I did it and let her drive, she said, " what the hell is going on ? " I was like, slow down hunny, she said we are going slow, ur GP is F'd up... lol then I told her and she's like Stop it, turn it back...lol was classic
 
You can see the kmh or whatever. I was going I believe around 120? to get it show up. Not sure

Coming from Canada this is normal. But what realy sucks is when we turn it to MPH.
The speed limit here on the trans Canada is 110 km/h.
so if the speed o is set in MPH, well you do the math. My wife is still very very very pizzed with me for pulling this joke on her. Bottom line is i payed the fine for her ( it was cheaper then the divorce)
 


lol u pulled a vise versa joke than me, the other way around because u guys use km/h. lol...should be more limit on speed considerings km/h and all. mine stops at 125mph.
