Another Update:
So yesterday I installed the new pedal assembly with the accelerator pedal position sensor and the 3.8'' modular pulley. Picked up the belt from AZ on the way home and got it installed this evening. Car started right up, no reduced engine power notice, and ran and drove alright, the engine reved freely and the transmission shifted quick and firm. The CEL is still on, so I will scan again, but I'm guessing it is just the stored codes.
When backing out of the driveway I did get a traction system activated message, or something of that nature, and then a service ABS and Traction System notes in the DIC. So I am going to look for a loose wire, or possibly a bad hub.
It does sound like there is an exhaust leak coming from the rear of the engine by the down pipe, but I couldn't feel anything when I put my hand around that area. I will have to get the car up on ramps or jack stands and get under it to take a look.
So all in all, it is slowly coming together. Now if the Title would only arrive from the Auction house soon. This way I can get it on the road instead of just a driveway ornament.
