hey guys i was raceing this riced out civic and we were pretty close untill i hit my govt of 109 or 110 and than he flew past and i got mad an slowed back down to 80 why is it govt soooooo loowwwww (btw i was on the highway)
 


Tires. Stock tires are only rated for 112MPH (S-rated) before they reach their fail point. Helps companies from getting sued :)
 
It's based off the tires that came stock with the vehicle. GT's only has S rated tires while the GTP has a H rating (130mph). You'll need a tune to remove the governor
 
Sunny's are junk tires haha. I have them on mine. Already had two blow out premature... So don't trust that rating entirely. Just be safe and don't kill yourself heh
