04 grand prix GTP problems

04PrixGTP

GTP = BEAST
i just got the car and the abs light,brake light, and t/c light is on sometimes they go off and every thing works fine but after like 20 miles the lights pop back on any ideas on what it can be and how do i install a boost gauge

hm maybe you need a alignment done and replace the hubs if you can figure out which ones are tripping the light

Front end vibration under acceleration is generally an indication of a bad half shaft but could also be a hub.

The ABS issues sounds like an ABS sensor is having intermittent connection issues. The traction control/ Stabilitrac systems rely on the ABS sensors for information and if a wheel isn't reporting data it will disable the entire system and toss up those warning lights.

I had that problem one of the ABS sensor wires was rubbing and when I hit a bump I lost my ABS. If it's just a bad wire you could repair that section without trashing the hub bearing if it isn't bad yet.

I wouldn't buy anything other than TIMKIN bearings from Autozone. Best hub assembly for the WBody platform.

There's very little actual load on the engine when it's in neutral so many ignition problems don't show up in neutral. To me that sounds like an ignition issue. I'd take a look at the plugs and wires. It could also be a lack of fuel. There's really no way to know for certain without scanning but plugs and wires are always a safe bet when you're having problems like this.

No...I'm talking swap the coils around on your car and see if the misfire follows a certain cylinder...if so then you've got a crappy coil pack.
