04 Grand Prix Flasher Relay Location???

I recently bought some LED switchbacks from a friend of mine and he mentioned needing a Flasher relay to cure my hyperflash. I picked one up and cant seem to figure out where it is supposed to go. I read the thread about the 03 GP's and it seemed so easy. Has anyone figured this out, or is there some ridiculous solution that the 04 owners have to ordeal in order to get cool looking turn signals.

I think the BCM takes the place of the flasher relay in 04 and up, and the cluster has a little speaker in it to make the clicking sound you hear.
The next best thing would be to have a resister before the led so that it senses a load similiar to a normal bulb,.
