04 grand Prix door locks help

Just bought the 04 Grand Prix and cannot figure out why the doors wont lock. The lock switches on both doors will not lock them nor does the key FOB. I do hear a clicking on the drivers side under the dash. The switch on the drivers door opens the trunk but wont lock the doors. I could really use some help here if anyone else has experienced it.
 


I believe there's a lock and a unlock relay.
If its working one way and not the other it's a good possibility that the relay is no good. That's a good starting point.
