04 gp gt: low, slow and a dirty sloot.

Re: 04 gp gt, lots of snow.

Well she drove it for a good 4 hours today, so I'm not worried about the condensation that much.

I just want to get the oil changed out, because that cheap sh1t might not be hurting anything, but it definitely isn't helping anything.

Re: 04 gp gt, lots of snow.

I used to start mine up and run it to keep the fluids moving. Then again, mine sat for a good 2 years before I got my license, lol

Re: 04 gp gt, lots of snow.

mine sat for a solid month when the tranny blew. starting it up was my last thoughts. i did fire it up before the swap, only so the power steering would work to move it around a bit.

Re: 04 gp gt, lots of snow.

It melts the ice off the windows and windshield wipers, before my wife goes to drive it somewhere...

And I'M not actually starting it myself. I won't be back home for at least another month.

Re: 04 gp gt, lots of snow.

She drives my car when the snow gets too deep for hers, and because she knows I want it to be driven so the tires don't get flat spots from sitting for 2 months in below zero temps.

Re: 04 gp gt, lots of snow.

Because 8 inches of ground clearance > 3 inches of ground clearance in 12+ inches of snow........

How is it this difficult for you to grasp the concept of deep snow? Living in IL, you should know this by now.

Re: 04 gp gt, lots of snow.

Provide proof of REAL 3". No economy car sits 3" above the ground. And your weak powered fwd couldnt plow THROUGH 12" of snow anyway thats 4x4 territory and luck. These navy guys these days!

Re: 04 gp gt, lots of snow.

I love this thread

i want to post pics from last year with my snow car. not a foot of snow but being lowered it might as well been

Re: 04 gp gt, lots of snow.

I love how he instantly goes off on a tangent every time I corner him.

With the underbody panels, the space between the lowest part of the underside of the car and the ground is 4", put a person in the driver's seat and it's close enough to three inches.

You don't need power, or 4wd if it's 12 inches of fluffy ass powder.

Are you sure YOU aren't a navy vet? You seem to think the same way, always making gay jokes and trolling everywhere you can...

Re: 04 gp gt, lots of snow.

Im not off on a tangent.

So a single piece of plastic danging now 4" above the ground is a snow stopper?

When my 267lb ass sits in my gp it doesnt lower the car 1"......................

I demand proof of this fwd vehickle driving IN, not ON, 12" of virgin snow.

I dont belong on boats no, I belong to the USA attack force, which defends the american soil, not foreign oil....oil.... I mean soil?

Stop getting butt hurt I am having fun, for a army lad your kinda of soft all the military folk I know are alot harder.

Re: 04 gp gt, lots of snow.

Me, soft? I'm having just as much fun with this as you are.

You don't have a new 200C, so you can't really see proof.

267 though? I thought you were at least 275.

Re: 04 gp gt, lots of snow.

It varies, sometimes 264, 267. Powerhouse is all that matters though. That and that I never go beyond 273.
