• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

04 comp g, 5 psi boost wtf?

Tearing a noob apart? Since when did this forum stop being soft? You guys giving him a hard time are retarded. He asked a legit question. Ace a lot of these guys are here because the real grand prix forum was too "rough" for them. I find it hillarious that they are trying to talk **** to anyone here.

People gave him an answer and he tried to say that we didn't know anything and that's when people stop being soft.

I never tried to say you guys dont know anything, bio248 made a judgemental comment that i did not like, then when i responded some panties bunched up.

If you think CGP is a real forum...where everyone treats everyone like sh1t; then it's a good thing you don't post here.

You will learn a ton because of Bio and the other mods around here. Just recently there was a thread about Bio and how helpful he was when he stopped at someone's place to help them out. He is out of the GP scene but is still here helping out.

My 2005 GTP with aftermarket boost gauge, headers, and intake reads 6 psi at WOT until about 4500RPMs then it creeps to 8-9 psi by redline (cold weather).

Turns out my tensioner wasnt doing too well,I put a new tensioner and belt and now it goes to 5psi then creeps up to 7-8ish

why the green coolant starscream? The PO had green in mine, i changed it back to dex-cool though.

no reason to switch it to old school green so long as you take care of your cooling system (no leaks).

How thorough was that flush?

The two don't play nice with one another.

I drained the coolant, then filled it with water only, let it run til it was hot, drained again and then added the dex-cool/water mixture. lolz yea green+orange=horrible sludgy crap

And you guys heckling new members is any better? It IS a good thing I dont post here much. Sorry to tread jack OP.

You guys heckle everyone, so your point = moot.

This forum was created because of the way CGP treated people...and it WILL always be worlds better.

or...

dexcol = sludgy crap.... :th_dancingpepper:

not really, just depends on how long its been in the engine, any coolant regardless of the type will cause problems if not changed in over 5 years.
