Me and a few buddies went downtown Friday night to where all the cars hang out, to many ricers showed up so we left and on the way home decided to do a couple runs from 30, Ive never raced him before and he claims 480 rwhp on a conservative tune so i figured id get walked....but no, i pulled 1 car the first time up to 100, and a bout 1 1/2 cars the 2nd time, both good races.

He has a 2003 SVT cobra with to many mods to list, stage 4 blower, 2.7 pulley, cam, clutch, intake, headers, exhaust, predator tune, and a ton more that i cant even think of....

Now he's claiming maybe he has 480 on motor lol
 


Nice work! I'll have a similar setup to yours pretty soon, thats great news! What chain do you have on that tranny? So far I plan on visiting chris for tranny work and just not sure if I should bite the bullet and go with the 1" chain right away.
 
No, I dont know NOTHING about what ur car runs just seen turbo! LOL. If you beat a HEAVY modded Cobra more power to ya! I will NEVER be the one to tell someone they didn't win a race! And believe me! EVERYTHING is possible on the streets!!!! I seen a 700+hp camaro get waxed by a 4cylinder honda civic!! LOL Why? Cause the Camaro set and spun his butt of and by the time he caught traction after getting sideways the honda turned off! LoL So you can only imagine the story the honda driver had! LOL

I helped put one of his trannies in a car here and I was overall impressed with it for the price. I actually heard he was putting a 7/8 chain in a turbo car this year to see how it goes, so that must be you. Right now I plan on running low boost and saving up for tranny parts.

We have a club clash on May 3rd at earlville, Ia. Alot of w-body's come, organized bracket racing. Murphy came out last year, we sure would like to see more minn. guys come down!
