02 vs 07 supercharged engines

I have a line on a low mileage supercharged engine for my car, the engine was blown about 6 months ago. My car is a 2002 GTP but the engine is a 2007. Any changes I need to make to the engine so it will work in my 02? I know the throttle body is different but anything else? Thanks.
