So I recently purchases a 1998 grand prix gtp
Previous owner removed the cat, so no o2 sensor and SES light is on. I heard there is things i can do to fix that.
i just have no idea what to look for
 


If I were in your situation I would get a tuned PCM from the W-bodystore with the rear O2 sensor DTC deleted. It will fix your check engine light, and be a nice upgrade. :th_thumbsup-wink:
Assuming of course the CEL is from the cat being removed.
 
im going to get it scanned tomorow, and another question..i didnt notice when i looked..after i bought it ofcourse..but how much engine movement is normal when idling
