That would be about as dumb as buying a cell phone without a battery inside it just because it's ''pretty''.

as the 3.6 theres no way you woulda "walked" it plain and simple. it was a four banger, or that wonderful 3.5 thats a complete dog. The 3.6 vvt motor will be dead even with you, possibly pull in the higher rpms seeing as they wind out forever. My aunt just got a 2012 impala with it in it, when your in tap shift you can wind it out 7k rpm before it hits the limiter and it pulls the whole time​
 


If I had a GXP G6 I'd do a wing delete, bolt on's and nitrous. Call it a day in the low 13' s, maybe high 12' s if I use a paul walker nozzle.
