02 GTP Update and a KR question

Also the torque app Can log to an excel file so you can see every value. Mine updates About every .3 seconds. It is super helpful
 


I made some test runs today with KR and vacuum/boost gauges digital and large on the S4 screen.

About a dozen WOT runs, from slow soeeds like an entrance ramp to a starting 65 for the Mustang that santed to run on the parkway.

Most of the time KR was 0, but most readings i got were from 0.5 to 1.5. I had a random 2.5 and saw a 4 only once but i had the pedal literally on the floor.

I dont like to beat on the car after all it is 13 years old. Every time I felt like I was getting into it to go fast (not quite WOT) the KR reading was at 0.

One run i was at 4599 rpm, boost at 8.x lbs and KR was at 0.8. Next I need to do some data logging so i can drive without looking at the phone lol. No trees were harmed while taking these readings.

Struts are fantastic though , definitely needed them and it makes a huge difference in the ride and handling.

No not stock....just bought this car with a 3.4 pulley, ZZP wizbair CAI, Autolite 104 plugs, custom wires, ZZP custom tune, 3" downpipe with U bend delete, resonator replaced with flo thru race muffler, hi flow cat, and I added the plog front manifold.

Have not had the plugs out yet, seller said only 5k on them but they are on the list. Going to need brakes soon too

he saying regap the plugs. most likely they are gaped at .55 ... he is suggesting trying .50 to see if it eliminates the KR you are seeing.
 


You guys are killing me....just spent a grand on tires and struts and brakes will be anothe 300 for ceramic pads and good rotors...

you've already been bitten by the mod bug as soon as you drove that car and put that plog on ...deny it all you want , but you want...no... need ...MORE POWA !!! $300 bucks for 20-25 more ponies ...how can you say no to that ? :th_mischievious:
