doning a sc 3.8 swap on my 1997 monte i hav a pcm out of a 2001 regal sc that i pulled out of a u pull it do i hav to have anything done to it b4 i plug and run it?
 


You might run into security and gauge cluster issues. I would flash a gtp bin onto it, that's guaranteed to work.
 
would i just be better off gettin a gtp pcm? i found a guy who has a pcm for this exact swap problem is its meant for a motor alot more built than im putting in
