ok so ever since i put in my catted dp i have been getting the p0420 code i have the code set to not report but emissions need the 02 to report as they scan my comp and the 02 sim doesnt work on 01+ so is there a way to get rid of this code without having to change my dp and cat can it be fixed with a tuner or can the 02 sim be riged to work
 


ya it is set to no report the issue is i need to beable to have the o2 sensor report so when they scan it will send a signal and say cat is working etc
 
The 02 sim should let it pass emissions, it just does not keep it from running the cat diagnostic dumping lots of fuel in the engine. I have an 02 sim on mine.

ya when i whent for emissions its said it couldnt get a report from the heated o2 circit and rear o2 and i just have wht ever zzp did when they delete code it also cost 45 buck to go to emissions what did u do 01gpgt01
 
If the code is set to not trip the SES light, and you leave the rear sensor in, it should pass.
Most of the time I've seen that ZZP deletes the codes all across the board which is probably what your problem is.

Setting the code to non report(no error report) and checking the SES enable Box will allow you to pass.
