01 gtp Trans fluid change

I was told changing the fluid would fix a problem i am having when it shifts to a new gear it jolts and shakes.

I need to know how much fluid i need to change the trans fluid, i don't want to over fill it thats never good.
or i need to replace the Transmission Pressure Control Solenoid (PCS) but im not sure
