01 GT, New to the scene

Hello, all.

Tried this once already, didn't go through.

New to the GM3800, New to the platform, have twisted a wrench or 2.

Bought an 01 GP GT for $150, she had a few bugs to work out.

Installed rear struts, fuel sender, VSS, LIM gaskets and new upper manifold. Used fel pro aluminum and a new aluminum coolant elbow.

Apparently I missed an oring or something related to the pcv in the upper manifold because the car now has full vacuum in the crankcase, and dies if I pull the oil cap. No good.

The VSS also didn't correct the malfunctioning speedometer, which reads correctly when turning right. After a bit of searching I see reluctor rings can cause problems. Fingers crossed it's the wiring and not those.

I'm mostly a lurk, but I do on occasion have some select small automotive wisdoms to share, and am glad to help where I can.
