the brackets that mount to the body tend to seize to the sleeve in the bushing.
One side of mine were okay, the other was a PITA.
LCA's were a similar deal.
One side was okay, the other was a major PITA.
Usually that is how some of my car repairs good. Should be easy but the darnedest things happen because of age/rust. My '94 Grand Am can be like that.
OH and that just bugs me. I bought the Monte as a replacement "daily driver" since the Grand Am (at the time was over 150K in '08). I decided as long as the Grand Am runs and cost of repair is minimal, I will keep the Monte off the winter roads. <sigh> someday it may have to join the club of other "daily drivers"..
